Characteristic : 2% Ceriated tungsten electrode contains 2% cerium oxide(CeO 2 ) that is different from Thoriated as it is a non-radioactive material. It can be used with DC or AC. Under the condition of low DC, Ceriated Tungsten electrode has better performance than Thoriated Tungsten electrodes.

Application : Generally used to weld carbon & stainless steel, nickel alloy and titanium.
